Minimum General Experience
Ten (10) years of progressive Information
Technology Management experience including management of at least
major two projects. At least one project must have occurred within
the past five (5) years.

Supervises large Information Technology
project; coordinates all facets of the project. Gives leadership
to lower level individuals of various job categories and skills.
Responsible for problem resolution and customer satisfaction for
all aspects of project.

Information Processing disciplines involving a range of
hardware/software solutions, four of which are concentrated,
hand-on experience in all aspects of the disciplines required by
the Task Proposal Request.
Functional Responsibilities
Performs systems analysis of computer and
networking systems. Supports other Sr. IT Specialists and Program
Managers, as required. Oversees the overall integration of all
systems peripherals so that they can operate correctly within a
predefined environment. Oversees hot line support to customers.
Analyzes and develops technical documentation detailing the
installation procedures. Possesses keen troubleshooting skills to
assist other Sr. IT Specialists and Program Managers.

High school diploma plus 10 years progressive

Minimum General Experience
Eight (8) years of general IT experience and
six (6) years of specific infosec experience. With a Master’s
Degree, six (6) years of general experience is required. Six years
of general IT experience is considered equivalent to a
Bachelor’s Degree.
Functional Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and
administrative support to conduct vulnerability assessments of
computer systems. This includes reviewing security requirements
and assessing the technical and policy implementation associated
with subject systems. Provide strategy for improving technical and
policy/ procedural performance and making recommendations
regarding long-term programmatic improvements.
Minimum Education
Bachelor degree in computer science or a
related field or Master degree in computer science or a related
field.

activities within a project. These activities may consist of
systems planning, performance management, capacity planning,
testing and validation, benchmarking, information engineering, and
