Our leadership team is comprised of experienced veterans of the IT security field.
Ken is one of the founders of First Info Tech. He has over 40 years of corporate and technical project leadership in information system security engineering and application development. He has provided corporate leadership and led information technology teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia in the areas of information system security engineering and application development.
As one of the First Info Tech founders, Keith has over 25 years of corporate leadership and business development experience. He is an IT professional and is experienced in the areas of information security; IT contingency planning; and IT Security compliance, governance and policy. He has led technical teams of various sizes supporting Fortune 100 companies and federal agencies. Currently, Keith oversees project and corporate level finances, performs strategic pricing analysis, and manages contract deliverables. He uses his skills to lead First Info Tech in growing competitively while continuing to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Travis is First Info Tech’s Vice President of Information Security & Technology. In addition to providing technical and security expertise, Travis heads up First Info Tech’s West Coast operations with a focus on supporting commercial customers. Mr. Bouker joined First Info Tech in 2009 after a decade in diverse technical roles. He has lead major security assessment efforts, supported numerous information systems through formal security audits, and provided leadership to agency level security programs. Travis received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Fort Hays State University. He is both a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
As Vice-President, Monique has primary responsibility for the hands-on day to day management and training of personnel in the FITS East Coast office. Monique has worked in the IT security field for more than a decade, both as an auditor and an IT security professional. She is a CISSP and Certified Information Systems Auditor and has worked on FISMA compliance her entire career. Before coming to FITS, Monique was held positions with primary responsibility for IT auditing, writing FISMA documentation, as well as working with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on their Ongoing Authorization Program for information systems.
Katherine Paige-Bankhead, Vice President
Katherine is First Info Tech’s Director of Services. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and enterprise resource planning, she brings essential knowledge and insight to her role leading our EEO practice, as well as supporting local government tasks. Katherine takes pride in her team of EEO professionals and their goal of ensuring fair and equal treatment for all federal workers.
Vero Anderson, Senior Director
Vero is a Director of Consulting Services at FITS with over 15 years of professional experience in IT security and hardware/software development roles. Prior to joining FITS he served as the project manager for a variety of defense industry technology development projects. Vero is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. In his role at FITS, Vero manages a variety of information security projects for commercial clients, including projects related to FedRAMP continuous monitoring, audit and compliance-based customer education. His areas of expertise include hyperscale cloud service provider security compliance and program management.
Nalini Martinez, Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Nalini will be focused on growing the commercial cybersecurity business for FITS. Her primary focus will be on FedRAMP and CMMC frameworks along with numerous complementary compliance requirements. Nalini brings 20+ years of global business development, sales, and sales operations experience including many years as a programmer and solutions architect.
Matt Hahn, Director of Information Security
Matt is a Director of Information Security at FITS with over 10 years of professional experience in the regulatory environments of IT security, housing, and accounting. He is an expert in FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring and has working knowledge of the full FedRAMP process. His diverse background includes supervising the accounting department at a foreclosure company, where he ensured that invoicing and homeowner interactions adhered to the latest government regulations and successfully passed client audits. Matt studied physics as an undergraduate and graduate and holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Washington.
In his role at FITS, Matt manages continuous monitoring work for commercial clients and oversees internal projects to improve company processes and capabilities. He also provides guidance to customers for compliance audits and helps customers drive vulnerability remediation to improve their cybersecurity risk posture.
Kathy Olguin, Director of Consulting
Kathy is a Director of Consulting Services at FITS. She is a hands-on leader driven to leverage technical, analytical, and creative skills to improve processes and construct strategic and efficient business solutions. She has demonstrated abilities designing, implementing, and managing complex security structures and controls to mitigate risk and improve audit results. Kathy is an articulate, collaborative, and interpersonal communicator with a career history of effective interactions across all organization levels, teams, departments, vendors, and customer groups.
Kathy first joined FITS in 2016, after more than 20 years of diverse professional experience in risk management, IT security, and compliance. During her time at FITS, Kathy has led audits and risk and remediation efforts. Kathy is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and holds a bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management.
Rob Holland, director
Rob Holland is a director at FITS with a proven history of rapid business process design, development, implementation, and improvement. He has worked as a project manager who has led efforts to monitor and improve the quality of deliverables by providing planning and design for overall quality management. He has been involved in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis and definition through system implementation. He has experience working with human factors best practices to ensure that system designs leverage the unique capabilities of individuals and that job designs foster employee engagement with the project at hand. He has experience working with the NIST RMF.
Outside of work, you’ll find him cycling, on a mountain, taking photos, or cycling up a mountain and taking photos of it. Unless, of course, he’s visiting family in Maryland — in which case, he’s cracking blue crabs with a mountain of Old Bay (and probably taking a photo of it).
